I’ve worked at jobs where it felt like my soul was being ripped apart by the egregores of Corporate America.
Storms born — not of chaos — but of omnipresent bureaucracy and masked politics.
The pain of pretending.
The throbbing frustration of searching for meaning in the plastic decorum of the matrix.
Can you relate?
Every human being wants to do meaningful work.
It’s both the journey and the destination; the process and the goal.
What is Meaningful Work?
Meaningful work takes on different forms for everyone.
But the essence is the same.
Meaningful work is — wait for it — anything where you feel a sense of meaningfulness.
What does “meaningful” feel like to you? Fulfillment? Flow state? Service? A deep sense of purpose?
I invite you to sit with that feeling (or blend of feelings).
As I’m writing this, I’m noticing that what “meaningful” feels like is hard to describe. It comes in different ways.
For me, it’s some of these:
A knowing
A sense of harmony
A feeling of “clicking into alignment”
The feeling of contributing to a higher purpose
The feeling of genuinely being of service to others
An aliveness that emerges from my innermost being
A feeling of being “lit up” on a soul level
The energy of an inner smirk and the freedom/fulfillment that comes with it
All of these are little signifiers that I’m engaged in meaningful work.
Are You Like This Too?
Something I’ve noticed about people who are creative, critical thinkers, or on the path of spiritual awakening, is this:
It’s PAINFUL to do work that feels meaningless.
Are you like that? I know I am.
If work feels meaningless, it’s psychological torture.
Some people can put their head down and be a good cog in the machine. While others NEED to do meaningful work.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably in the latter group.
Also, if you’re like me, you’ve probably contemplated your “purpose in life” almost constantly. This is how many of us try to find meaningful work to engage in.
The 4 Dimensions of Meaningful Work
When I say meaningful work, it’s much more than a job.
Here are four dimensions of meaningful work:
Job or main income stream - Finding meaning in what you’re doing while always aligning your career path with more meaningful work.
Creative projects - Creating by following your curiosity, enthusiasm and sense of deep meaning.
Spiritual practices - Knowing thyself, communing with a Higher Power, and walking your highest path.
Relationships - Meaningful relationships with family, friends, community, networking, etc.
To me, all four of those areas need to feel meaningful. Otherwise my soul screams at me until I make changes lol.
Your Meaningful Work
As I’ve integrated the importance of meaningful work, I upgraded my services to better reflect this.
So if you fall into one of these groups…
Individuals (you want to enhance your life with more meaningful work)
Brands (who want to create more meaningful messaging)
Employees (who want to bring more meaning into the workplace)
…then I have some good stuff for you.

For Brands (2 Options)
Option 1: Meaningful Messaging Activation
This is for newer/growing brands → Create a crystal-clear, soul-aligned messaging foundation to attract aligned customers, build trust, and show up consistently.
Clarify your deeper purpose and express it in a way that resonates (with real humans).
Your brand has a heart. You just need the words that reflect it.
This offering is designed to help you define the core of your brand — your mission, vision, and values — and begin expressing them with clarity, coherence, and soul.
We’ll move through my 4-part framework for meaningful messaging:
1. Clarify
We go beyond vague “impact statements” and dig into the truth of why your brand exists. I do this with soul-searching questions, market resonance checks, and storytelling prompts that reveal what really matters.
2. Enliven
Once your mission, vision, and values are clarified, we breathe life into them. I’ll walk you through 12 real-world ways to make your message practical, visible, and magnetic.
3. Hone
Next, we define your authentic brand voice. We’ll explore voice traits, personality archetypes, and build a living voice guide you can use across platforms and teams.
4. Actually Care
Finally, we humanize your brand to show that you actually care. This is crucial to stand out in a world flooded with AI automation. I’ll share ways to embed warmth, presence, and care into your messaging, with high-touch actions that leave a lasting impression.
Investment: Starting at $1,000
Option 2: Meaningful Messaging Refinement
This is for established brands → Better translate your vision into practical, cohesive messaging.
This includes everything in the 4-part framework described above plus more in-depth and practical applications, including:
Brand-aligned messaging map
AI implementation report
Specific, customized content and marketing ideas
Suggested updates for 2–3 key pages (like your homepage, about page, or offers)
Investment: Starting at $2,000
