Sneak Peek at My Upcoming Masterclass
Have you heard?
I’m hosting a live masterclass — all about the inner game of writing a book — on January 31.
Why am I doing this?
After coaching people with writing their books, I’ve noticed a common theme…
You can give people all the information, step-by-step systems, and more than 90% still won’t follow through.
This is a THING, and it’s insidious.
83% of Americans want to write a book, but less than 1% do it.
Only 9% of Americans that make New Years resolutions complete them.
Less than 10% of people complete online courses they buy.
So why do less than 10% of people follow through with their goals?
(dun-dun-duuun!)
SELF-SABOTAGE.
What is Self-Sabotage?
Self-sabotage is when we want something that’s good for us, but we prevent ourselves from getting it (usually subconsciously).
It’s the limiting beliefs and emotions that sabotage our progress in life.
This is the real reason why more than 90% of people don’t achieve their goals.
It’s not lack of information that stops us, or even lack of skill most of the time. It’s our self-sabotaging patterns that block us.
Think about it. How to be “successful” in anything is simple.
Health: Eat real food, get better sleep
Fitness: Exercise regularly and improve a little bit each session
Relationships: Communicate openly and honestly, support each other, be intimate
Business: Create something people want, tell people about it
Spirituality: Be present, let go of the bullshit, be a good person
It’s all simple, but not easy. Why? Because of sneaky self-sabotage.
Signs of Self-Sabotage
Here are some telltale signs of self-sabotage.
Procrastination
Overwhelm
Self-doubt
Overthinking
Perfectionism
Fear of what others think
Fear of failure
Fear of success
Impatience/rushing
Imposter syndrome
Keeping yourself busy with unimportant tasks
Stubbornness
Frustration
Apathy
Comparison
All of those are manifestations of self-sabotage. Some are so subtle — or so much a part of your psyche — that you don’t even notice them.
That’s why you can try so hard, but subconsciously undermine your own goals at every turn.
There will always be aspects of you that want comfort or safety more than the growth that comes with achievement. If you let them run the show, they’ll sabotage your progress.
We’re going to dive A LOT deeper into these (and how to move through them) in the masterclass.
Overcome Self-Sabotage & Write Your Book
If you want to overcome self-sabotage and write your book, my masterclass is going to help you so much.

In it, you’re going to learn:
The archetypes of self-sabotage
THE ROOT of self-sabotage
How to know immediately when you’re self-sabotaging
How to transform self-sabotage into fuel for your success
The four steps to writing a book
Why it’s CRUCIAL to share your gifts with the world right now
There will be some surprises too. Plus, it’ll be FUN (because being too serious is a form self-sabotage).
